At Island Taco we wanted to do somthing that no one else has done, take home made tortillas and fill them with local (hawaiian) flavors. 

Our restaurant started about 6 years ago at our first location  in Waimea, the Owner Kirk Marois always loved the idea of fish tacos but wanted to put a twist on them, thats how we got ISLAND TACO!
